A 20+ year beauty industry veteran, James has worked at the counter, as a trainer, a lead artist, a global artistic director, and lead the strategic transformation of Shiseido Makeup. In his role as Global Artistic Director for Shiseido Makeup, he has broadened his experience as an Artist and Trainer and become an integral part of the executive team. His role centers around facilitating change across all global markets and leading the creative point of view for marketing and product development efforts.
