We’re back this with our latest episode and guest in Episode 6. I sat down this week with the ultra-talented and kind, celebrity makeup artist, beauty seeker, creative thinker, Co-Founder of the Makeup Museum Official, and Host of the upcoming Pretty Curious Show Podcast, Rachel Goodwin.
We discuss ALL things blue liner/eyeshadow + how her deep love for it all began, moving out to LA, meeting + creating makeup magic with January Jones, her close and personal work with Emma Stone (they’ve been working together since Superbad), how kindness matters in everything you do, and as always, so.much.more. Enjoy!
Makeup Artist
Rachel Goodwin has been a makeup artist for 20 years and after working for prestigious brands such as Shisheido and MAC in San Francisco she relocated to New York. After assisting a few key makeup artists she was recommended to David La Chapelle as a possible makeup artist to work with. Since then Rachel has gone on to create the red carpet looks for a huge list of celebrities including Penelope Cruz, Cindy Crawford and Diane Kruger. Her work has been featured on the front covers of Cosmopolitan, Elle, Harpers Bazaar and more.
Bite-sized deep dives into some of my favorite hair, makeup, and style moments in film history.
